SHB Development, LLC, has announced plans for a second office condominium complex, Grogan’s Ridge Office Condominiums, in The Woodlands, Tx.
Set to be built at the end of South Millbend Drive at 2219 Sawdust, Grogan’s Ridge Office Condominiums is scheduled to include single story units with private entrances and surface-level parking ranging from 1,225 to 6,125 square feet, available completely finished or build to suit.
The office community is scheduled to offer the same quality construction and amenities as its successful sister property, Forest Ridge Office Condominiums, located in The Woodlands at 8505 Technology Forest Blvd., which opened in the fall of 2010 and is almost completed.
